(1)	Includes 27,712 vested restricted stock units ("RSUs") and 54,647 unvested RSUs. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Ordinary Shares. The RSUs were awarded on the following dates (each, a "Grant Date"): September 13, 2023 (27,631 RSUs awarded), April 1, 2024 (28,716 RSUs awarded) and April 1, 2025 (26,012 RSUs awarded). The vesting schedule for each of the foregoing awards, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such dates, is 33% on each of the first and second anniversaries of the Grant Date, and 34% on the third anniversary of the Grant Date.
