Dominican Republic: The Dominican Republic Repeals Rice Decree 693-24

On September 9, 2026, the Dominican government repealed Decree 693-24, removing tariff restrictions on U.S. rice imports. Discretionary import licensing requirements remain in place and would be needed for any shipment of rice to the Dominican Republic.
