M-DCPS is hosting a free information fair to help parents and students explore a universe of educational possibilities.
The South Choice Expo & Showcase will feature representatives from schools across the South Region, providing a one-stop shop for families to connect with and learn more about the schools in their community. Whether seeking advanced academics, creative arts programs, or career pathways, M-DCPS provides a wide range of free, high-quality opportunities.
The expo will go beyond information-sharing, offering families practical resources and support, including:
• Immediate registration and transfer guidance.
• Support for navigating financial aid through FAFSA.
• Insights into "career-in-a-year" technical programs and other pathways to success.
VISUALS:
Various magnet schools will have visual and interactive displays from their science, fine arts, performing arts, and veterinary programs, just to name a few.
