Panther Creek Pkwy. & King George Ln. closed starting today for two weeks

(October 7, 2025) Panther Creek Pkwy. will be closed for two weeks east of Dallas Pkwy. while crews reconstruct the intersection of King George Ln. and Panther Creek Pkwy. The closure begins today, Oct. 7, at 9 a.m. and will remain in place for two weeks. During the closure, drivers will not be able to enter or exit the Estates at Cobb Hill neighborhood using Panther Creek Parkway. See attached map (PDF).

Drivers heading to the neighborhood should use one of the two alternate entrances:

  • Bethel Dr. (accessible from Cobb Hill Dr.)
  • Heartwood Ln. (accessible from the northbound Dallas Pkwy. frontage road)

Drivers are urged to use caution in the work zone and to find an alternate route in advance.
