Insight Equity Announces Promotions of David Beneski and TJ Stone

SOUTHLAKE, Texas - July 9, 2026 - Insight Equity Holdings LLC ("Insight Equity"), a leading middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of David Beneski and TJ Stone to Principal.

David is a key member of the firm, overseeing deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution while partnering with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. He is currently working with Insight Equity's investments in Eddy/Strauss, a producer of branded and private label beef, pork, and poultry products; Easy Way, a manufacturer of premium outdoor cushions and accessories for industry leading furniture customers; and Atmos Technologies, a specialty materials company that provides customized products and application equipment in the waste and infrastructure sectors.

"David has been instrumental at turning Easy Way Holdings into an attractive platform investment, has made significant contributions to closing Atmos and elevating its EBITDA, has meaningfully contributed to the rebounding Eddy/Strauss platform, and has new deals on the brink of closing" said Ted Beneski, CEO & Managing Partner of Insight Equity.

David received his MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also graduated summa cum laude from Trinity University with a BA in Economics, with a concentration in Business.

TJ, also a key member of the firm, similarly leads efforts in deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution, working closely with portfolio company management to drive strategic and operational priorities. His current focus includes Emerald Transformers, a single-source solution for new transformer assembly, repair, decommission, field services, and PCB waste disposal; and Clearly Clean, an innovative manufacturer of recyclable and sustainable PET packaging solutions for fresh food producers.

Ted added that "TJ made significant contributions to the Emerald capital restructure and to elevating its sales and EBITDA, made meaningful contributions to the very successful Clearly Clean platform, and is on the brink of helping to close our next deal."

TJ received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University with a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.
