We're proud to share the successful disposition of Savannah Industrial, a project that exemplifies our ability to execute with discipline, stay on timeline, and achieve the results we set out to deliver alongside our valued partners.
Construction began in Fall 2022 on land our partner secured at a meaningful discount, just before the announcement of the $7.6 billion Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) - the largest economic development project in Georgia's history.
Our 550,000-square-foot facility reached 80% lease-up at the time of sale, with all tenants supplying components directly to Hyundai.
Marketed with JLL in early 2025, the property was sold to Samsung, with MetLife serving as their advisor, for $72.25 million.
This milestone marks the first of many steps in Chase Properties' growing industrial platform. We're grateful to our partners who shared in this opportunity and look forward to what's next.
