In observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day Holiday, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026. The Court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research. Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) will remain available for pro se filings.
Due to the holiday, for hearings scheduled on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, and Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the deadlines for submitting notices of contested proceeding are 10:00 AM on Wednesday June 17, 2026, and Thursday, June 18, 2026, respectively.
