If you are living with diabetes or caring for someone who is Reading Hospital's Health Equity Team invites you to attend its upcoming Diabetes Focus Group session. Parking is available, and light refreshments will be served. Registered participants will also receive a $25 gift card.
The focus group is an opportunity to share experiences, gain insights, and connect with others who understand your journey in a supportive environment. Participants will also share ideas, resources, and helpful tools for managing diabetes.
Registration is requested by Wednesday, October 30.
