Quote of note
"Kenswick at 1960 reflects our focus on delivering high-quality industrial space in premier Houston locations," said Will Hedges, partner for Triten Real Estate Partners' industrial program, via the release. "We approached this development with a focus on both functionality and experience, creating a campus-style environment that supports efficient operations while also enhancing how tenants, employees and visitors interact with the space. Combined with its strategic location near major highways, the airport and key population centers, the project is well-positioned to deliver long-term value for a wide range of operators."
