Court Selects the Honorable Justin S. Anand as Chief Magistrate Judge Starting April 1, 2026
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has selected the Honorable Justin S. Anand to serve a four-year term as Chief Magistrate Judge beginning April 1, 2026, following the completion of Magistrate Judge Russell G. Vineyard's term as Chief. Judge Anand has served as a Magistrate Judge since 2012. The Court is grateful for the excellent, dedicated service of Chief Judge Vineyard, who will continue to serve as a Magistrate Judge.
