In Q3, KnowBe4 extended Agent Risk Manager to Anthropic's Claude, providing organizations with real-time visibility and automated threat detection to govern autonomous AI agents. The company introduced an Agent Risk Manager browser extension that actively discovers new and unknown domains, allowing security professionals to block, warn or allow those sites to shut down shadow AI. Also, in Q3 KnowBe4 launched email and collaboration security protection for Google Workspace, bringing AI threat detection and real-time security coaching to Gmail.

KnowBe4 Defend, the inbound email security product in the KnowBe4 Platform, recently ranked number one across every uplift metric in Microsoft's latest email security benchmarking report. Based on real-world customer telemetry, the results show Defend catching 3.7x more dangerous emails that slipped past Microsoft Defender than the average Integrated Cloud Email Security (ICES) add-on.
