The project Research and Application of Key Technologies for Data-driven Full-life Cycle Intelligent Operation and Maintenance of Bulk Port Equipment developed by Tianjin Port, successfully passed the appraisal of Tianjin Centre of Science & Technology Evaluation and reached the international advanced level, setting a benchmark for the digital and intelligent transition of equipment management in bulk ports.
Relying on a unified technical foundation and data middle platform, the project realized multi-source data integration, effectively breaking down information silos. It established a standardized equipment BOM system enabling refined management at the "equipment-component-part" level, and providing support for fault diagnosis and spare parts management. Meanwhile, it developed a full-life cycle management system that integrates business data from systems such as TOM and ERP, realizing an equipment operation and maintenance mode featuring "standardized inspection tasks, automatic task generation and closed-loop mobile performance". At present, the project has been applied on a large scale across Tianjin Port, and has also been successfully rolled out by Huangshi Xingang Port with remarkable results.
