ADM and Bacres Grain (Managed by Group Solum) Announce Partnership to Expand Grain Marketing Opportunities for Southwestern Ontario Farmers

ALVINSTON, Ontario - ADM (NYSE: ADM), a global leader in innovative solutions from nature, and Bacres Grain, managed by Group Solum, today announced an agreement for ADM to purchase and market corn, soybeans and wheat delivered to the Bacres elevator in Alvinston, Ontario.

Bacres Grain will continue to own and operate the elevator. Through the partnership, growers who deliver to Alvinston will have access to ADM's processing, logistics, and export networks across Ontario and internationally, giving them more options when it comes to where and how their grain is sold.
