1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Hy-Vee PERKS Member Soccer Match Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") shall commence at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on Friday, June 12, 2026, and shall end at 11:59 p.m. CDT on Sunday, June 14, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Hy-Vee, Inc., 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266 ("Hy-Vee" or "Sponsor"), held by the Hy-Vee corporate office. In the event of a conflict between the entry instructions and these official rules ("Official Rules"), these Official Rules shall control. The clock located on the computer system used by Sponsor to manage the Sweepstakes shall govern with respect to the commencement and end time for the Sweepstakes Period, as well as the time and date of receipt of each Sweepstakes entry.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to existing Hy-Vee PERKS and PERKS+ loyalty program members ("Members") who are legal residents of, and physically located in, one of the following states in which Hy-Vee operates retail stores (the "Participating States"): Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (or 19 in NE). Enrollment in Hy-Vee PERKS is free. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, held employment with or performed services for Sponsor, or any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Sweepstakes, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate, and successor companies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members (parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses) and members of the same households of such persons, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

(a) Purchase Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, present a Hy-Vee PERKS® loyalty card (a "Hy-Vee PERKS Card") at checkout together with a qualifying purchase of one (1) or more participating products listed on Exhibit A (the "Participating Products") at any Hy-Vee retail store located in the Participating States. Each qualifying transaction in which a Hy-Vee PERKS Card is presented with a purchase of one (1) or more Participating Products constitutes one (1) entry. LIMIT: one (1) Purchase Method entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/b42c19-227573 (the "Website") and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form, including providing your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. No purchase or PERKS Card is required to enter by this method. LIMIT: one (1) Alternate Method entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. The device on which each entrant enters must have acceptance of cookies enabled, or any successor technology.

All entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period to be considered valid. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, late, lost, or corrupted entries are void. By entering, entrant binds himself or herself, as well as entrant's spouse, children, parents, guardians, heirs, next of kin, and any legal or personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, to the terms and conditions contained herein.

4. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Because the prize must be used on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, the selection and notification timeline is expedited. The potential Prize Winner will be selected by Sponsor during a random drawing to be held on or about Monday, June 15, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m. CDT, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. At the same drawing, Sponsor will also select a ranked list of alternate potential winners. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential Prize Winner will be notified by both telephone and email at the contact information associated with the entry and must respond and accept the prize within two (2) hours of Sponsor's first notification attempt. If the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached, declines, fails to respond within the two (2) hour period, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize shall be deemed forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the next alternate from the ranked list, who will be subject to the same response requirement.

5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Prize Winner will receive four (4) tickets to the men's international soccer match between Argentina and Algeria, scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, Missouri (the "Match"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each ticket is $625.00, based on face value; the ARV of the prize (four tickets) is $2,500.00. The Prize Winner agrees to accept all aspects of the prize "as is," and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, and expressly disclaims any warranty of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities arising from the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The Prize Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release and an IRS Form W-9, and may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize at the time of fulfillment.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No cash redemptions. No transfer of the prize is permitted except as arranged by Sponsor for delivery to the Prize Winner. No substitutions, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All costs and expenses not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including without limitation transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses associated with attending the Match, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. The tickets are valid for one (1) time use and are subject to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer, the event organizer, and the venue. The tickets will be delivered to the Prize Winner electronically (including, without limitation, by email and/or mobile or digital ticket transfer) following acceptance. The Prize Winner is solely responsible for providing accurate contact information and for timely accessing, downloading, accepting, and transferring the tickets to the Prize Winner's own device or account, including installing or accessing any application or account required by the ticket issuer, in advance of the Match. Sponsor is not responsible for, and the Prize Winner assumes all risk of, any delay, failure, error, or inability to receive, access, download, accept, or use the tickets resulting from any technological or connectivity issue, incompatible or malfunctioning device or software, incorrect or out-of-date contact information, or any act or omission of the ticket issuer or any third party. Failure to timely access or accept the tickets may result in forfeiture of the prize. WINNER AGREES TO ACCEPT ALL ASPECTS OF THE PRIZE "AS IS," AND SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL TAXES, FEES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF WHATEVER NATURE SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. No cash redemption of a prize is permitted. Other restrictions may apply.

8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the consent of each winner to Sponsor's and its respective agents' use of the winner's name, age, photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, and hometown city and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. DATA COLLECTION: Sponsor may be collecting personal data about participants when they enter the Sweepstakes. Personal data includes but is not limited to: name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, and telephone number. Please review Sponsor's privacy policy at: https://www.hy-vee.com/corporate/policy/privacy/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to all personal information uses and disclaimers as explained in the above-noted privacy policy.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules (including all eligibility requirements) and the decisions of the Sponsor and any appointed agents, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By entering, entrants, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, assignees, executors, and administrators, agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless any and all claims against the Sponsor, all Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access providers, from and against any and all liability for any injury, including but not limited to personal injury, bodily injury (including without limitation wrongful death or disability), property damage, or loss or damage of any other kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from delivery, non-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of a prize, or from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, whether or not such injury, loss, or damage arises in whole or in part from the negligence of the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Entities. None of the Sweepstakes Entities shall be responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials or for stolen, late, lost, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage-due, or illegible entries, or for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation human error. If, in the exclusive judgment of the Sponsor, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the Sweepstakes offer and select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to the act that compromised the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner and to disqualify any individual or internet protocol ("IP") address if Sponsor believes such person or IP address has tampered with the entry process or has acted in violation of these Official Rules. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the last day of the Sweepstakes Period, notice will be posted at www.hy-vee.com. Any attempt by any individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Hy-Vee® is a registered trademark owned by Hy-Vee, Inc. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association ("FIFA"), any World Cup organizing or host committee, any participating national team or member association, GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, or the operator of the venue, and none of the foregoing is a Sweepstakes Entity. All third-party names, team names, logos, and trademarks referenced herein are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive identification purposes only.

11. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively before a court located in the State of Iowa; (b) to the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant waives any right to a jury trial in any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and all proceedings shall take place in Des Moines, Iowa.

12. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNER REQUESTS: A copy of these Official Rules and the name of the Prize Winner may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, postage-prepaid envelope to: Hy-Vee, Inc., Attn: Hy-Vee PERKS Member Soccer Match Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes - Official Rules or - Winner (please specify), 5820 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. Requests for the winner's name must be received by July 16, 2026.
