Newsom launches website tracking Trump’s top 10 criminal cronies as new data shows California crime continues to drop

What you need to know: As new data shows that crime continues to drop in California, Governor Newsom is launching a new web page to track Trump's criminal compatriots.

SACRAMENTO - While announcing new data showing that violent crime continues to fall across California's major cities, Governor Gavin Newsom today also launched a new website detailing the criminal records, corruption cases, and extremist ties of the people Donald Trump elevates, protects, pardons, and surrounds himself with.

The website highlights a simple contrast: Governor Newsom is driving crime down - and Donald Trump is pardoning drug lords and driving criminals into government.

With crime dropping - again - California is proving what real public safety leadership looks like. Meanwhile in D.C., Trump is a felon who surrounds himself with scammers and drug traffickers. We're providing the public with a resource putting the facts in one place so Californians, and all Americans, can see who he elevates and who he protects.
