Mobile app 'Navigate360 Student' brings new look and features to UAA students

The Office of Student Success has launched a new look and feel to the "Navigate360 Student" mobile app. This new look additionally comes with new features available to students.

The Navigate360 app is students' connection to the campus community through registration alerts, course calendars, networks of advisors and more. Key features within the mobile app are:

• Schedule appointments with any office using Navigate360
• Find study buddies in courses
• Keep track of deadlines
• Sync class schedule to phone
• Discover campus resources

Next steps for students are as follows:

1. Download Navigate360 Student - the app is available on the Apple App and Google Play stores.
2. Find class schedule: Students should check both the list and schedule views when viewing classes in the schedule.
3. Make an appointment with one's advisor: Students can make their first appointment in the app.
4. Sign up as a study buddy in courses: Study buddies are always a great resource to learn concepts together.
5. Explore the app further.

Students in need of assistance can "Raise" their hand. Hand Raises are a new feature coming to the app in spring 2025. For students who need to ask for help but do not know where to go or who to ask, Hand Raises are there to help guide the way.

Topics available at launch include:

• Finding an academic advisor
• Assistance with how to pay bills or find financial aid opportunities
• Support with your course work for students who are struggling in class
• Assistance with UAA technology
• Support with basic needs such as housing or food situation, mental health, etc.
