Utility Work in Northeast Neighborhood Area
Ziply Fiber, in coordination with its subcontractor MasTec, will begin installing fiber optic cables starting Monday, December 15, 2025. The work will primarily be in the parking strips and sidewalks. The work will be located in and around the Northeast Neighborhood Area, between San Francisco Ave NE to the north, Olympia Ave NE to the south, East Bay Dr NE to the west and Tullis St NE to the east.

There are no plans for street closures, and all residents and businesses will maintain access throughout the duration of the project.
