The Stopping Up of Highways (Oak Road, Rogerstone, Newport) Order 202-

Demolition of 1-23 Oak Road, Rogerstone, Newport and redevelopment to provide 43 residential homes comprising 5 houses and 9 flats on the north site and 29 flats on the south site alongside landscaping, access, parking and associated works, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Newport City Council on 8 January 2025 with reference 22/0919.

The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
