Apply for Bellevue’s Arts Grants

Published September 14 2026

The City of Bellevue's Arts and Culture Program is now accepting applications for the 2027-2028 Eastside Arts Partnership and Project Grant programs. Individuals and organizations offering arts, cultural or educational programming and services in Bellevue are encouraged to apply by the Oct. 10 deadline.

Eastside Arts Partnership grants provide operational support funding to nonprofit organizations that deliver high-quality arts, cultural and heritage programs for Bellevue residents and visitors. Applicants for this funding must be located on the Eastside, have a 501(c)(3) designation and provide publicly accessible programming.

The city's Project Grant program offers one-time funding for artists and organizations developing projects that address cultural gaps and encourage new forms of creative participation in Bellevue.

Projects must take place in Bellevue in 2027. Both grants include optional add-on funding opportunities for targeted services.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 10. The city is also hosting several virtual information sessions for applicants to receive guidance and support through the process. For session information and application requirements, timelines and instructions, visit Arts Grants.

All submissions will be reviewed by the Bellevue Arts Commission and forwarded to the City Council for approval. Applicants will be notified of award decisions in January.
