"Finance touches nearly every part of local government," Warn said. "I look forward to working with City leadership and the Financial and Administrative Services team to support sound planning, responsible use of public resources, and the services Greensboro residents depend on."

Warn earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.

Lehmert joins the City after serving as Chief Communications Officer for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. Prior to that, Lehmert spent eight years in the City of Greensboro's Communications and Marketing Department, where she led communications for various City departments and offices. Lehmert brings more than 20 years of experience in journalism, communications, marketing, and community engagement. As Communications Director, Lehmert will oversee the City's communications, marketing, media relations, crisis communications, digital engagement, Greensboro Television Network, Contact Center, and print and mail operations.

"I am honored to return to the City of Greensboro in this role," Lehmert said. "I'm excited to serve my home community during a time of growth and possibility and to help tell the stories that connect residents, businesses, and visitors to the work, people, and progress shaping Greensboro's future."

Lehmert earned a Bachelor of Science in print journalism from Emerson College.
