Green Bay, Wis., July 16, 2026 - Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) ("Associated") today announced U.S. Veterans Magazine has been named the bank a 2026 Top Veteran Employer.
The Top Veteran Employers list recognizes organizations that go above and beyond in their commitment to recruiting, hiring, retaining, and supporting veterans in the workplace. For veterans transitioning to civilian careers, these employers offer more than just job opportunities, they provide environments where military experience is valued, leadership skills are recognized, and professional growth is encouraged.
"At Associated Bank, we believe our people are our greatest strength, and veterans exemplify the leadership, integrity and commitment to service that define our culture," said Bryan Carson, executive vice president, chief product and marketing officer and Veterans CRG executive sponsor, Associated Bank. "Their dedication to teamwork, mission-focused leadership and unselfish service to others helps us build stronger relationships with our customers and deliver on our promise to help people, businesses, and our communities become financially stronger."
Associated Bank has a long history of recognizing the benefit veterans bring to the workplace and communities Associated serves. Since its inception in 2013, Associated's Veterans CRG has grown to more than 250 members, providing a platform for colleagues to collaborate on important veterans' issues within our organization and our communities. The Veterans CRG has helped extend the bank's outreach into the community by partnering with and supporting organizations such as the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce, local American Legion Posts and the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, to name a few.
In addition to the CRG, Associated offers active-duty colleagues continuation of pay up to six months per deployment and during annual required training, as well as retention of benefits for up to 24 months. Colleagues also receive reimbursement for traveling to a site from which an immediate family member will be deployed for military duty.
