Forum Strengthens Leadership Team with Addition of Jarvie Worcester as Head of Real Estate

DENVER, CO - December 15, 2025 - Forum Investment Group ("Forum") today announced the addition of Jarvie Worcester as Head of Real Estate further strengthening the firm's leadership team and advancing its long-term real estate investment strategy.

In this newly created role, Worcester will oversee all transaction activity across Forum's real estate equity business, including land acquisitions, new development, co-GP investments, and operating property acquisitions and dispositions. He will play a key role in ensuring disciplined execution throughout the investment lifecycle.

Worcester joins Forum with more than 20 years of real estate development and leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Trammell Crow Residential, where he led the Denver division's transformation into one of the firm's top-performing regions and oversaw the development of more than 4,500 apartment units across Colorado. He has also held senior roles with Real Capital Solutions, Vail Resorts Development Company, and Intracorp, managing large-scale residential and resort projects totaling more than $700 million.
