Fort Washington Names Drew Gieger Vice President, Business Development Officer

Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. has named Drew S. Gieger vice president, business development officer.

In this position, Gieger will be responsible for leading Fort Washington's institutional business development efforts in the Midwestern United States.

"His knowledge, expertise and background complement and expand our already strong institutional new business development, relationship management and related activities."

Before joining Fort Washington, Gieger was an institutional fundraiser for Prospect Capital Management. Prior to Prospect, he spent nine years with UBS Asset Management in Chicago as a member of the U.S. institutional client team focusing on new business development across all asset classes. Earlier in his career, he held positions with BlackRock, Protégé Partners, and Cadogan Management in New York. Gieger brings more than 15 years of institutional business development and relationship management experience to Fort Washington.

Gieger received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and is a regular member of the CFA Society of Chicago.

He resides in Winnetka, Ill., with his wife and two children.
