On February 18, 2026, Colleen W. Hanabusa, a director of Cincinnati Bell Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that she was resigning as a director of the Company. The Board of Directors accepted Ms. Hanabusa's resignation, effective February 23, 2026. Ms. Hanabusa's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
