Thousands of George Washington University students will celebrate the end of their academic journeys at Commencement this weekend. From Maine to California and countries around the world, graduates young and old will officially be conferred as alumni of the university. Here's a statistical look at GW's Class of 2026.

Numbers, courtesy of the Office of Institutional Research and Planning, include graduates of December (fall 2025), May (spring 2026) and August (summer 2026):

Total Number of graduates: 8,164

Undergraduate: 3,276

Graduate: 4,890
