Michigan City, Indiana - Mary Kay Kuntz, VP, Producing Mortgage Sales Manager, is pleased to announce Tara Minix as Mortgage Loan Originator.

Minix brings extensive experience in retail banking, having previously served as a branch manager and mortgage loan originator. Her well-rounded background enables her to guide clients through every step of the home lending process, providing a comprehensive and personalized banking experience.

In her role, Minix will serve customers throughout Indiana, offering a full range of mortgage solutions, including home purchase loans, refinancing, construction loans, and lot loans. She also provides specialized options for first-time homebuyers. Minix originates conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans and is licensed in 22 states, allowing her to assist a diverse range of clients.

Minix earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University North Central. She has been recognized with the Circle of Excellence Award and named a Top 5 Lender and Top 5 Referral Leader for the past five years. She is an active member of the North Central Indiana Realtors Association and contributes to the community as treasurer for the Knox Community Athletic Boosters Club, a volunteer with Junior Achievement for five years, and a member of the Starke County Scholarship Board.
