Vegetation Management at Sandborn Road, Off State Route 9 Saratoga, Santa Clara County

Starting Monday, June 16, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday

Santa Clara County. Caltrans will begin vegetation management and shoulder construction along Sanborn Road, off State Route 9 (SR-9/Big Basin Way), including areas inside Sanborn County Park, in the city of Saratoga, Santa Clara County. Work will occur Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is expected to be complete by the end of July 2025. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, residents and businesses may experience some construction noise or vegetation removal activity during work hours.

There are no scheduled lane closures currently, but motorists are advised to drive with caution near the construction zone.

Construction Activities at Sanborn Road:
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Until end of July 2025.

*Upper Madrone trail and San Andreas trail will be closed during construction activities.
