Official visit of the Defence Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic to Belarus

An official meeting took place between the military delegation led by Defence Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Major General Ruslan Mukambetov and Defence Minister of the Republic of Belarus Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin.

In Minsk, Defence Minister of the Republic of Belarus Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin held talks with Defence Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Major General Ruslan Mukambetov.

The parties discussed the current state of bilateral military cooperation and identified ways to strengthen it in areas of mutual interest.

During the talks, Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin noted that cooperation between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan is open in nature and characterised by a high level of multifaceted dialogue.

Defence Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Major General Ruslan Mukambetov also pointed out the warm and friendly relations between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan, noting their potential for growth and strengthening.

Defence Minister of the Republic of Belarus Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin and Defence Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Major General Ruslan Mukambetov laid flowers at the Victory Monument in Minsk.

The military delegation led by the Minister of Defence of Kyrgyzstan Major General Ruslan Mukambetov visited the 927th center for training and use of unmanned aerial systems.

The guests familiarised themselves with the center's tasks and training facilities, as well as with samples of military equipment of the Belarusian Armed Forces.
