Director-General of TICA chairs the 2nd TICA and Development Partners Meeting

On 7 October 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), chaired the 2nd TICA and Development Partners Meeting under the theme "Partnering for the Future: Advancing Development Cooperation beyond 2030," at Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.

The meeting discussed challenges and opportunities for advancing cooperation both now and in the future, with the aim of achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. The Director-General expressed his appreciation for the support of the Development Partners and emphasized Thailand's role as an emerging donor in promoting the development of other nations through cooperation with partners in more than 164 countries worldwide.

The Development Partners also commended TICA for providing assistance to various countries, particularly in the Mekong sub-region, and expressed their readiness to strengthen cooperation with Thailand on key issues, including air quality, transnational crime, water resources, climate change, public health, and cyber crime.
