On October 21, 2024, the Company's Compensation Committee (the "Committee") approved an increase in the base salary of Mr. Anil Doradla, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, from $310,000 to $350,000 per annum, effective as of October 1, 2024. The Committee also approved an increase in Mr. Doradla's annual target performance bonus opportunity from $165,000 to $175,000.
