LIVERPOOL, N.Y., Aug. 27, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of America Stores It, a 407-unit self-storage property in Liverpool, New York.
