William Blair Advises Robin Radar

William Blair acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Robin Radar (Robin), advising the founder and shareholders, including Inkef Capital (Inkef) and SHIFT Invest, in connection with its pending sale to Parcom Capital Management (Parcom). The transaction was signed on October 9, 2024, and is expected to close following customary approvals.
