Applications are now open for the 10th edition of the Tailored Onsite Knowledge and Analytical Skills Programme on European Integration, implemented under the EU-funded Natolin4Capacity Building Phase II - Strengthening Ukrainian Public Administration for EU Integration project.
The application period opens on 10 June 2026 at 11:00 Kyiv time and closes on 1 July 2026 at 23:59 Kyiv time.
The 10th edition will take place from 14 September to 23 October 2026 at the College of Europe in Natolin in Warsaw, Poland, and will focus on the Cluster 1 - "Fundamentals of the EU accession negotiation process".
The six-week programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to support the implementation of the National Programme for the Adoption of the EU Acquis (NPAA) and to contribute effectively to Ukraine's EU accession process.

At the end of the programme, each participant will prepare an analytical paper focused on the implementation of the EU acquis in an area relevant to their work in Ukraine.
