SANTA CLARA, CA - State Assemblymember Patrick Ahrens (D-Silicon Valley) is hosting the first annual Grill & Govern Fall Harvest event in partnership with numerous community organizations, the City of Santa Clara, and Santa Clara City and County Firefighters, to build community and connect residents with state and local resources. The event features family-friendly activities and music, as well as a barbecue dinner prepared by local firefighters. Additional members of the public and media are invited to RSVP and attend:

Assembly District 26 is in the center of the Silicon Valley, entirely within Santa Clara County, and includes the cities of Cupertino, Santa Clara, and Sunnyvale, and part of the City of San José including the communities of Alviso and West San José, as well as the unincorporated communities of Burbank and Fruitdale.
