Announcing the Nutanix FY24 Impact Report

We're proud to share the Nutanix Impact Report, showcasing our continued progress across key environmental, social and governance priorities-while continuing to deliver value to our customers, partners, employees, and communities.

This annual report now aligns with our most recent fiscal year which ended July 31, 2024 (FY24). Starting in 2026, this annual report will be published at the beginning of the calendar year.

In a year marked by technological change and growing demand for sustainable innovation, Nutanix remained focused on empowering our people, managing our environmental footprint, and upholding strong governance practices to continue to build trust.

Highlights from the FY24 Report:

Environmental Impact:

• Renewable Energy: 59% of our total energy-and 73% of datacenter energy-came from renewable sources.

• Energy Efficiency: Enhanced capabilities in our Prism solution to deliver insights for our customers to help optimize their energy efficiency efforts.

• Circular Economy: Our software-defined approach allows customers to extend hardware lifecycles, reconcile e-waste, and conserve resources.

Social Impact:

• Empowering Culture: We continue to build an irresistible organization fueled by dreamers, builders and innovators guided by the values we live every day: hungry, honest, humble and with heart. This commitment shines through in our employee engagement score that places Nutanix in the top quartile of technology companies.

• Investing in Our People: Wellbeing and development of our workforce remain a priority at Nutanix. This is evident through our robust, holistic benefits programs that support of employee growth and fulfillment, reinforcing our strategy to attract, retain, and elevate top talent to drive innovation and impactful business outcomes.

• Giving Back: Through our Spark program, employees volunteered over 4,300 hours and helped raise $715K for global causes.
