New Work SE sells InterNations to FairCap

Hamburg/Munich, 13 July 2026 - New Work SE is selling its subsidiary InterNations GmbH to FairCap, an investor with offices in Munich, Milan and Paris. InterNations has been part of New Work SE since 2017. The transaction reflects New Work SE's consistent focus on its business in recruitment and employer branding solutions. The transaction was completed on 13 July 2026; the parties have not disclosed the purchase price.

InterNations was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Munich. The company operates the world's largest global community and information platform for people living and working abroad. The platform connects expats, mobile professionals, digital nomads and international talent worldwide. InterNations has more than 5.6 million registered members from over 200 nationalities and is active in 420 communities.
