Notice of Correction of Clerical Error in Tenth Circuit Rule 30.3(A)
Due to a clerical error, Tenth Circuit Rule 30.3(A) was not updated to reflect the court's current practice of requiring paper copies, when ordered, to be received in the Clerk's Office and served on other parties within five calendar days rather than five business days. Rule 30.3(A) has been updated as follows.
