Park, deputy chief investment officer & senior director, Social Impact Funds, selected for Baltimore County professional development program
COLUMBIA, Md., (August 19, 2026) - TEDCO, Maryland's economic engine for technology companies, announced that Jean-Luc Park, deputy chief investment officer & senior director, Social Impact Funds, has been accepted to the Leadership Baltimore County's (LBC) class of 2027. Park was selected from a competitive pool of applicants from across the region and across sectors and industries.
"Jean-Luc's dedication to supporting Maryland's ecosystem knows no limits," said Jack Miner, TEDCO's chief investment officer. "His selection in this program reflects this and we are excited to see the continued growth this program will empower."
LBC's program delivers a transformational experience-bringing leaders together to build strong connections with peers and local decision-makers, all while strengthening their impact at work and in the community.
Since 1983, LBC has been helping people grow into more informed, engaged civic leaders. At the heart of it all is this 10-month, hands-on leadership program that's immersive, inspiring and rooted in real-world learning. And the experience doesn't stop there-our active alumni network keeps the momentum going long after the program ends.

Park has over two decades of experience in venture capital and private equity. He was a founding partner of Ferrum Capital, an EB-5 regional center channeling capital into real estate projects designed to drive job creation. He has advised the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank Group, where he evaluated the impact of IFC's global private equity investments on employment outcomes. Earlier in his career, he served as a consultant to the board of Calvert Social Funds, managing over $50 million in private equity and venture investments across approximately 30 funds and 30 direct deals through its Special Equities Program.
