Inmate Death Notification – Miguel Perez-Ortiz

GOODYEAR (October 18, 2024) - Inmate Miguel Perez-Ortiz, 69, ADCRR #109536, died on October 18, 2024 at Abrazo West Campus.

Inmate Perez-Ortiz was admitted to ADCRR custody in 1994 after being sentenced out of Pinal County for Kidnapping, Sexual Assault with a Minor and Aggravated Assault.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Lewis.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner's office.
