Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning and Shoreland Ordinance on 10/29/2025.
APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Cory Borchardt, 121 Lakehouse Landing, Katy, TX 77493, Agent: James Wolfe, for Variance from the 15 foot floodplain fill requirements to construct a dwelling. Location of the property is in Section 26, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM) 3008 Windross Ln.
APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following application no. 1 at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Nathan & Ruth Yoder, 3276 Synder Ln., Little Suamico, WI 54141, for Conditional use permit hearing to possibly revoke an existing conditional use permit for a home based industry out of an accessory structure for sheet metal fabrication business. Location of the property is in Section 27, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee. (On-site inspection at 8:40 AM) 3276 Synder Ln.
Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
