Dubai Police and Avaya Strengthen Partnership With ‘Amna’ Virtual Assistant Project

​GITEX Global - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - October 17, 2024 - Dubai Police has strengthened its partnership with Avaya, a global leader in enterprise CX, with the development of 'Amna', an AI-powered virtual assistant engine designed to handle enquiries from citizens and members of the public.
