We. Communications Appoints General Manager in Singapore

SINGAPORE, 15 July2026 - We. Communications today announced the appointment of Ayden Ong as General Manager, Singapore, newly created role that underscores the agency's investment in senior leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.

Ong steps up from his role as of Vice President, Client Growth, where he drove business development, expanded the agency's client portfolio and led its digital innovation agenda. He also spearheaded We.'s AI readiness and built integrated communications, creative, and content-at-scale offerings for clients.

Reporting to Daryl Ho, Managing Director, Singapore, Ong will oversee day-to-day strategic growth and client delivery, and continue to strengthen the agency's integrated communications and AI-led capabilities. Ong first joined We. in 2020, and his appointment reflects the agency's continued commitment to building a senior bench of forward-thinking leaders from within.
