CHICAGO, March 23, 2026 - JLL announced today that Siemens Healthineers, a global provider of healthcare equipment, solutions and services, selected it to provide integrated facilities management (IFM) services for 5.3 million square feet of office, R&D, lab and biomanufacturing space across 32 states and Canada.
JLL's specialized Life Sciences division is now responsible for the execution of facilities services, including building engineering; café services; electrical, elevator and HVAC maintenance; fire and life safety; janitorial, landscaping and grounds maintenance; and mail room, reception, waste disposal and recycling services. JLL delivers the services under an integrated model with strategic sourcing, finance and business intelligence functions to govern service delivery.
To increase efficiencies and provide Siemens Healthineers with added flexibility to meet rapidly changing business and commercial conditions, the JLL team is deploying a full suite of cutting-edge engineering programs and technology solutions. The approach will provide Siemens Healthineers with greater intelligence in their facility operations to optimize cost and improve resilience.
The JLL team leading IFM services includes Managing Director Pam Paddock and Account Executive Michael Lee, along with support from Executive Director of Solutions Development Joe Daufenbach.
