MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ - The Middlesex County Office of Emergency Management and Preparedness has activated the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as it has officially declared a State of Emergency for Middlesex County due to the impact of the current storm.
"The County is experiencing severe winter conditions with significant snowfall," said Middlesex County Commissioner Director Ronald G. Rios. "It is imperative that residents stay indoors and off the roads to ensure emergency vehicles can reach their destinations. The safety and well-being of our residents are a top priority, and our emergency management teams are doing their utmost to address any hazards promptly."
The public is encouraged to reach out to the Office of Emergency Management & Preparedness if there are any issues in their neighborhoods due to the storm's impact; call 732-316-7100 (open 24/7) and visit middlesecountynj.gov/beready for inclement weather tips.
