18 Manutan Group subsidiaries certified “Great Place to Work 2026”

The Manutan Group, a European leader in B2B e-commerce, now counts 18 subsidiaries across 11 countries that have been awarded the "Great Place to Work 2026" certification, a record in the company's history. This recognition follows the annual survey carried out by the independent Great Place to Work® institute, which assesses our employees' day-to-day experience. It reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where people can grow and thrive.

With an overall participation rate of 88%, a large number of colleagues shared their views and ideas. Thanks to their feedback, every one of our eligible entities has successfully achieved certification.

Certified countries and subsidiaries:

France: Manutan Collectivités, Casal Sport, Manutan France, Pichon

The Netherlands: Kruizinga, Manutan Netherlands

United Kingdom: Findel, IronmongeryDirect, Manutan UK, Rapid Racking

Belgium: Manutan Belgium

Czech Republic: Manutan Czech Republic

Hungary: Manutan Hungary

Italy: Manutan Italy

Portugal: Manutan Portugal

Poland: Manutan Poland

Spain: Manutan Spain

Sweden: Manutan Sweden

Beyond the certification itself, the survey allows us to monitor one of our key performance indicators: the "With Love Employee" index, which measures our people's overall experience.

Building on the results, we work hand-in-hand with teams to co-create targeted action plans that help us continually enhance the working environment. Our commitment is simple: to provide the best conditions possible so everyone has the means to act, contribute, and make an impact.

A huge thank you to all our colleagues for taking part in the survey! This certification is a testament to the strength of our shared culture and our collective commitment, in service of our ambition: Enterprising for a better World.
