Taft IP Attorneys Recognized in 2026 Edition of WTR1000

Taft Intellectual Property partners Philip Bautista, Ashley Bennett Ewald, Kristine Boylan, Aaron Bradford, Jennifer Debrow, Jonathan Polak, Amanda Wilcox, and Amy Wright have been recognized in the 2026 edition of World Trademark Review 1000: The World's Leading Trademark Professionals (login may be required), an annual ranking of the world's top trademark firms and practitioners published by World Trademark Review (WTR) magazine.

In this year's edition, WTR writes, "Adding value to business, Taft Stettinius & Hollister always look at the big picture" and adds that the firm commands "respect locally and nationally and is relied on implicitly by its clients for comprehensive trademark support."

Taft's IP team maintained a gold ranking in Indiana, a silver ranking in Minnesota, and a bronze ranking in Ohio. The team is described by WTR's researchers as follows, "Taft Stettinius & Hollister delivers high-level, business-focused trademark support backed by a vast network of resources, making it a standout choice for rock-solid prosecution strategies and impactful enforcement."

Taft's eight IP practitioners who were recognized in 2026 by WTR were described in detail, as follows.

Bautista was recognized again in the silver band for individual practitioners in Ohio. According to WTR, he "co-chairs the trademark group and stands out as a tenacious trial lawyer with an impressive track record in courts nationwide, becoming a go-to advocate for clients in the life sciences, retail, and technology spaces."

Bennett Ewald was selected again in both the gold band for individuals: enforcement and litigation as well as in the silver band for individuals: prosecution and strategy. WTR editors describe her as an "experienced litigator" and state, "Ashley Bennett Ewald is a seasoned practitioner with a stellar reputation. Her extensive experience in state and federal courts nationwide showcases her prowess in handling cases of trademark infringement and unfair competition. Boylan maintained her ranking in the silver band for individuals: prosecution and strategy. Bradford was ranked for the first time this year in the bronze band for individuals in Colorado.
