Google Finance adds AI features for research, earnings and more

The new, AI-powered Google Finance is built to help you make sense of the financial world. You can ask questions about the markets and get a helpful AI response, perform technical analysis with advanced charting tools and track the latest news and headlines all in real time.

Now, Google Finance is getting even more powerful upgrades, including Deep Search capabilities, access to prediction markets data and the ability to track corporate earnings. Plus, we're rolling out the new Google Finance in India, our first expansion beyond the U.S.

Go deeper with financial research

For your most complex questions, you can now use Deep Search in Google Finance for an even more thorough AI response. Simply ask your question, with all the details you're looking for, and select the Deep Search option.

From there, our advanced Gemini models will get to work, issuing up to hundreds of simultaneous searches and reasoning across disparate pieces of information to produce a fully cited, comprehensive response in just a few minutes. You'll see the research plan while the response is being generated so you can understand how it was created. And you can ask follow-up questions to expand on the initial findings or dig deeper through links to relevant websites.

Deep Search is rolling out over the coming weeks in the new Google Finance, with higher limits for Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers. For early access, opt into the Google Finance experiment in Labs.

Explore prediction markets data

We're also adding support for prediction markets data from Kalshi and Polymarket, so you can ask questions about future market events and harness the wisdom of the crowds. Just ask something like "What will GDP growth be for 2025?" directly from the search box to see current probabilities in the market and how they've changed over time.

Prediction markets data will roll out over the coming weeks, starting with Labs users.

Don't miss a beat during earnings season

Just last week, we launched a new earnings experience in Google Finance that will help you stay up-to-date and get quick insights before, during and after corporate earnings calls.

To get started, check out the "Upcoming earnings" calendar in the center panel, or select a ticker from your watchlist. The new Earnings tab will show you when the next call is scheduled to occur, and during the call itself, you can tune into a live audio stream with a real-time transcript that you can also reference after the call.

Below the call information, you'll find new, AI-powered insights under "At a glance" that will update before, during and after the call, giving you a snapshot of key information across news reports and analyst reactions. You can also compare the latest financials against historical data, see how this quarter's performance stacks up against expectations, view related earnings and previous reports and access key documents and forms.

Try the new Google Finance in India

This week, we're beginning to roll out the new Google Finance in India, with language support for both English and Hindi, so even more people can access AI-powered financial insights. The latest capabilities (Deep Search, prediction markets and earnings) are rolling out first in the U.S., and we aim to expand to more users over time.

To try the new Google Finance in the U.S. or India, just head to google.com/finance/beta on mobile or desktop and make sure you're signed into your Google account.
