Norton Rose Fulbright partner Alicia Grant (San Antonio) has been selected among the 2026 Women's Leadership Award honorees by the San Antonio Business Journal.
Alicia is among the 25 recipients of this award, recognizing women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, drive innovation and create lasting impact in their communities.
As a member of the firm's product liability and consumer disputes group, Alicia's practice focuses on all aspects of product liability actions, mass tort and complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, including class actions and multi-district litigation.
Alicia is a dedicated advocate for developing the next generation of legal talent, serving on the firm's Opportunity for Success Council while actively mentoring law students through St. Mary's University School of Law. She helped launch Mentoring Circles, an innovative initiative that connects practicing lawyers with small groups of students for meaningful, ongoing guidance. In addition, Alicia serves on the Bexar County Women's Bar Foundation's LEAD Academy steering committee, where she has mentored multiple cohorts of aspiring women leaders through an intensive nine-month leadership program, making a lasting impact on empowering and advancing leadership within the legal profession.
Honorees will be celebrated at an awards luncheon in August.
