Kirkland Represents L Catterton on Dentalcorp’s $3.3 Billion Sale to GTCR
Kirkland & Ellis represented L Catterton in the all-cash sale of Dentalcorp Holdings Ltd. to GTCR, valuing Dentalcorp at approximately C$2.2 billion in equity and C$3.3 billion in enterprise value. The C$11.00 per share offer represents a 33% premium to the 20-day VWAP as of September 25, 2025, and has unanimous board approval and support agreements covering about 60.8% of the voting interest.
