Healthicity was a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Growth Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm under receivership, and was experiencing ongoing events of default under its senior secured credit agreement. As a result, CriticalPoint was engaged to evaluate strategic alternatives for the Company.

Despite significant challenges at Healthicity, CriticalPoint conducted a comprehensive marketing process that culminated in the sale of the Company to Compliancy Group.
